Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within a period of time for a full refund. We'll also exchange or replace if a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns all stock items will be accepted up to 15 days after shipment. No returns will be allowed after 15 days period. All returns must be approved and RMA number requested before they can be sent back. There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned for reasons other than quality and Customer is responsible for the freight charges both ways. Merchandise must be returned in their original cartons and must be in saleable condition. Please note: we will not be able to cancel or modify your order after it has been processed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S and Canada. (Not to PO.Box) Note that there are restrictions on some areas, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For the large packages and products weight exceed the limit of ground shipping service, we will provide the option to ship (BestWay) carriers. Every order we receive by 3.30pm EST Mon-Fri will be processed and shipped out the same day. With our many fulfill centers, we are able to process your orders promptly and efficiently. Therefore most of our customers receive their packages sooner.
